Purchase object: <\/strong>Organization of the event International camp "Pass Forward... The European Value"<\/em><\/strong> <\/em>within the Europe Direct project.\n<\/em>The event will take place in Cluj-Napoca between November 18-21, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation location: <\/strong>Cluj-Napoca, ultra-central, own parking, near the means of transport. ADR Nord-Vest can visit the locations before awarding the contract and can refuse those that do not present impeccable conditions from the point of view of aesthetics and hygiene<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Period<\/strong>: November 18-21, 2019 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final number of participants will be announced 1 day before the event. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purchase object description (technical specifications):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Accommodation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    • The location should be in Cluj-Napoca, central and close to public transport <\/li>
    • The available rooms must be single and double twin (4 single rooms and 1 twin room)<\/li>
    • The conditions of aesthetics, hygiene and comfort must be impeccable<\/li>
    • At the location of the accommodation, breakfast and dinner should be included <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      a. Breakfast served on November 19, 20, 21<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      b. Dinner served on November 18, 19, 20<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The number of people accommodated will be 6 participants<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        2. Catering services for an estimated number of 15 people at lunch <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        a. Lunch <\/strong>for November 19 and 20.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Snack: <\/strong>Chicken noodle soup\/ Pea cream soup\/ Eggplant bruschetta <\/li>
        2. Hot dishes: <\/strong>Chicken thighs with onions and mashed potatoes\/ Grilled pork neck with golden potatoes\/ Moroccan couscous with turkey breast\/ Spaghetti Pomodoro\/ Greek salad <\/li>
        3. Desert: <\/strong>Cake with bananas and dates, glazed with honey and nuts\/ Strudel with honey and vanilla sauce\/ Panna cotta with chocolate sauce<\/li>
        4. The water: <\/strong>1 bottle of still mineral water 0.33 l \/ person + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water at 0.33 l \/ person; <\/li>
        5. Natural juice and carbonated water<\/strong><\/li>
        6. Coffee<\/strong>, milk, cups, white\/brown sugar;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          3. Transportation services for participants\/guests\/organizers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Minibus with around 20 seats<\/li>
          • The means of transport must have a driver included<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            • The availability of the minibus should be from November 18 at 8:00 p.m. until November 21 at 10:00 a.m. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              The final number of participants for the lunch will be confirmed one day before the event, it may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              The financial offer will contain the costs grouped as follows: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \u2013 Total cost of accommodation with breakfast and dinner, cost \/ person<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \u2013 Total transport cost <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \u2013 Cost for each lunch\/group, total cost for each lunch\/person<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \u2013 Total cost, total cost\/person<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Award criteria<\/strong>: the lowest price \/ total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Estimated value: maximum 9500 lei without VAT<\/p>\n\n\n\n
