Thermal Energy Cluster in Central Europe
North-West RDA is a partner in CLUSTHERM project whose main objective is the development of the capacities of main actors in the field thermal waters and to exploit this resource mainly for the benefit of rural economies by setting up and developing a Thermal energy Cluster. The project shall be implemented over two years (by the end of 2009), it disposes of a budget of 200,000 euros and is financed 100% by the European Commission through the Framework programme 7 intended to stimulate Research & Development & Innovation. The project was officially launched on May 5th -6th at Szeged in Hungary; on this occasion all partners gathered and completed the action plan for implementation.
