Presentation of the Management of Regional Projects

Pre-adhesion and governmental funds
One of the permanent activities of the North-West RDA is that of implementing Authority for the pre-adhesion funds and for the projects within the framework of the PHARE - Social and Economic Cohesion Programmes, and also for Governmental Programmes.
Thus during the 9 years of regional development, the North-West RDA has processed nearly 3000 projects, of which 582 projects have been contracted and/or partially finalized, among which there have been 8 regional infrastructure projects. During the year 2005, 5 projects were selected as part of the Large Scale Infrastructure - 2004-2006 component, projects that summed up to a total PHARE budget of 23.001.831 EUR and which brought into the region a total of 139.935.608.77 EUR.
