Support for the North-West RDA, in its capacity of intermediate body, during the period 2009-2010 for the implementation of the Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013 at the level of North-west Region



The North-West Regional Development Agency (RDA) benefits, for the period January 2009 – December 2010 from the support for the implementation of the Regional Operational Programme (ROP) in our region. Thus, the Agency was granted a non-refundable financing amounting to 10,236,980 Romanian lei, under the priority axis 6 of the Regional Operational Programme (ROP) “Technical assistance, the domain “Implementation Support, ROP management and evaluation.”
The North-west RDA project is called “ Support for the North-west RDA in its capacity of intermediate body , during the period 2009-2010 to implement Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013, at the level of North-west Region”. This project shall cover the expenses related to the implementation, management and administrative assessment and eligibility assessment of projects submitted for financing under ROP in the North-West Region (Northern Transylvania) for the period 2009-2010.
We mention that the Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013 includes a financing axis dedicated to technical assistance for programme implementation (priority axis 6) covering two directions: support for implementation, ROP management and assessment, namely support for ROP publicity and information activities.


Support for the North-west RDA, in its capacity of intermediate body, during the period 2007-2008 for the implementation of the Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013 at the level of North-west Region



The North-west Regional Development Agency (RDA) benefited from a support for the implementation of the Regional Operational Programme (ROP) in our region. Thus, the Agency was granted a non-refundable financing amounting to 5,491,001 Romanian lei under priority axis 6 of te Regional Operational Programme (ROP) “Technical assistance, the domain “Implementation Support, ROP management and evaluation.”
The North-west RDA project is called “Support for the North-west RDA in its capacity of intermediate body , during the period 2007-2008 for the implementation of the Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013, at the level of North-west Region”.
This project was submitted to the Managing Authority for ROP within the Ministry of Development, Public works and Housing (MDPWH) and it was approved. The contract which entered into force starting with June 2008 covers the expenses related to the implementation, management and administrative assessment and eligibility assessment of projects submitted for financing under ROP in the North-West Region (Northern Transylvania) for the period 2007-2008
We mention that the Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013 comprises a financing axis intended for technical assistance for programme implementation (priority axis 6) covering two directions : support for implementation, ROP management and assessment, namely support for ROP publicity and information activities.
Pursuant to legal provisions, as of January 26th 2007, the North-west RDA and the former Ministry of European Integration (the current MDPWH) signed the Framework Agreement for the implementation of ROP 2007-2013, by means of which they agreed upon the responsibilities and the attributions of each party concerning ROP implementation at the regional level.


Project “Support for ROP Information and Publicity in the North-west Region, 2007-2009”



The North-west Regional Development Agency (RDA) benefited from support during the period 2007-2009 for the implementation of information and publicity actions for the Regional Operational Programme (ROP) 2007- 2013 at the level of North-West Development region.
Thus, the Agency was granted a non-refundable financing amounting to 890,487 Romanian lei under the major intervention domain “Support for ROP Information and Publicity in the North-west Region , 2007-2013” – Priority axis 6 ROP. The North-west RDA project is called “Support for Regional Operational Programme Information and Publicity in the North-west Region, the period 2007-2009.”
More than 130 events involving more tan 4,000 persons were organized through this project during the period March 2007- December 2009. Moreover, helpdesk service for ROP answered to more than 1,800 applications for information received from the representatives of public institutions, companies or civil societies.
By means of this project, new communication tools have also been created: the mini-site dedicated to ROP on the portal www.nord-vest.ro, the InfoREGIO UPDATE electronic newsletter , and InfoPOR printed publication which accompanies the traditional magazine printed by the North-west RDA since 2002, namely InfoREGIO.
Moreover, there was also organized a media campaign on four communication channels: written press, web, billboard and radio.


SUPPORT FOR REGIONAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY IN THE NORTH-WEST REGION , year 2010


The North-west Regional Development Agency (RDA) benefited from support during the period January –December 2010 for information and publicity concerning Regional Operational Programme in Northern Transylvania.

Thus, the Agency was granted a non-refundable financing amounting to 435,160 Romanian lei under the Priority axis 6 of Regional Operational Programme (ROP) “Technical assistance” domain 6.2. “Support of information and publicity activities to implement Regional Operational Programme2007-2013”.
The North-west RDA project is called “SUPPORT FOR REGIONAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY IN THE NORTH-WEST REGION , year 2010”. This project shall cover expenses related to media publicity, event organization, training and information sessions, as well as production//manufacture of information and advertising materials during the year 2010.
