Instruction no. 50 as of June 25th 2010 - settlement of various and unforeseen expenses

The Managing Authority for the Regional Operational Programme has issued the instruction no. 50 as of June 25th 2010 concerning the settlement of various and unforeseen expenses from the general estimate of contracts and addenda for the contracts of works, services and supply within the Regional Operational Programme. We would like to specify that this instruction shall apply from July 15th 2010.

Standard forms for beneficiaries intended for pre-contract visits within the MID 4.3. “Support for the development of micro-enterprises”

In order to carry out under the best conditions the pre-contract visits planned within the MID 4.3. “Support for micro-enterprise development” we hereby inform you on the standard forms of the documents to be used by the beneficiaries. These shall be corroborated with the information supplied through the official notices concerning the performance of pre-contract visits sent to the applicants.

REGIO Beneficiary’s Guide, a new electronic publication has been launched on November 29th 2010 on the occasion of the County Conference “Implementation Stage of the Regional Operational Programme in Northern Transylvania” is an instrument created by the North-West Regional Development Agency to help the beneficiaries from financing through ROP (REGIO).

Report concerning investment sustainability

The report shall be filled in by the beneficiary and sent by the end of each year from the expiry of project implementation period during the entire validity period of the financing contract (according to the provisions of art. 2.2. of the financing contract).
The report shall be sent in 2 (two) copies signed and stamped by the beneficiary’s legal representative on each page. The sample is enclosed below.

New sample form of application for refunding for the beneficiaries

New sample form of application for refunding to be necessarily used starting from October 2010. It can be accompanied by Progress Report.
Application for refunding saved as an Excel document shall be also set in electronic format on CD or on DVD.
Progress report shall be sent only on a quarterly basis.

The contracts signed after September 15th have a new visual identity manual for REGIO

The Managing Authority of the Regional Operational Programme advertises that the Manual of Visual Identity for ROP, 3rd edition, September 2010 will enter into force starting with September 15th 2010.
The Visual Identity Manual, the 2nd edition shall remain valid for financing contracts which have been entered before September 15th 2010 and can be referred to on this site, at Information for Beneficiaries.
You shall find posted, in the Romanian version, the Manual 3rd edition in Corel Draw format and sample forms to be used by the beneficiaries.

The visual identity Manual for REGIO, valid starting from February 2009 is attached below.
ATTENTION! We hereby inform you that the ROP Managing Authority issued a clarification concerning the number of temporary and permanent billboards which are necessary for the information and advertising process for the project.
“ Following the applications for clarifications for the part of the beneficiaries from financing within the Regional Operational Programme concerning the number of temporary / permanent billboards which should be displayed at the implementation site of projects concerning infrastructure works we make the following statements:
* According to the requirements of the Authority for the Coordination of Structural Instruments in the case in which on the route of the road to which the project refers to the project there are more than three bridges, these billboards shall be installed at three bridges at the least.
* billboards will be installed at each end of the bridge.
* the Beneficiary shall also install the four billboards at the ends of the rehabilitated road, one billboard for each direction.”
