The North-West Regional Development Agency (Romania)

It is the coordinator of the project REGIS-NW. The main objective of this project is the development of a regional innovation system by adopting the innovation and technological transfer methodology that proved to be efficient in the EU member states. This wish will become reality with the support of our partners that have already successfully implemented the RIS project. The partnership thus created is formally materialized in the Consotium Agreement.

The Aragon Technological Institute (Spain)

It is a public institution, part of the Science, Technology and Universities Department of the Regional Aragon Government, Spain. The ATI mission is to promote the innovation projects and the management of technologies in the industrial sector. The institute has a wide experience in the field of Research-Development, its expertise area being: the agro-alimentary and biotechnologies industry, electronics and the new technologies, mechanics and new materials, innovation and technological services.
The fields of activity of the Spanish institute are: planning and execution of the local development programmes, technical assistance for the development of sectoral policies, technical assistance for the analysis of the innovation demand, technical analysis for the evaluation and monitoring of the programmes, networking in the field RDI.

Metron S.R.L. (mandated by the Abruzzo region, Italy)

It is a private company that supplies consulting services to companies, corporations and public institutions. It has a wide experience in the field of innovation and of regional policies and it is a partner institution in the project REGIS-NW, mandated by the Regional Government of the Abruzzo region.
The contribution of Metron SRL will consist of technical assistance for the analysis of the innovation offer the development of international relations, the evaluation of the financial support mechanism for the RDI activities and consulting regarding the financing system of the support systems for the promotion of innovation in the SMEs.

The West Regional Development Agency (Romania)

It was the first region in Romania that implemented a RIS project. Its experience is extremely useful in the development of the project REGIS-NW, since, by implementing a similar project in the West region, the standard methodology has already been adapted to the Romanian realities.
The contribution of the West RDA consists of the transfer of knowledge gained during the implementation of the RIS project, technical assistance for the process of reaching the consensus at a regional level, and technical assistance for the analysis of the intermediary system for RDI.

Infyde SRL - International Consultant

The standard methodology of the RIS projects considers appropriate the contracting of an international process consultant that will guide the proper implementation of the project and its close monitoring.
In the case of the REGIS-NW project, as a result of an international tender, this role is played by a Spanish consulting company Infyde SRL. With over 14 projects implemented in Europe and with a wide experience in the field, the role of the international consultant is to give assistance and support throughout the project and to get involved in the activities developed within the project.
