Our communication vision is:
 

To communicate transparently and efficiently so that the social and institutional North – West RDA partners know and assume the values of the European Union, especially those regarding regional development. To communicate transparently and efficiently so that the North – West region (Northern Transylvania) and the North – West RDA to have a strong identity both in Romania and abroad.

The mission:
 

To communicate efficiently with all our partners in order to stimulate the development of the North – West region (Northern Transylvania) and to promote this region in Romania and in Europe. The agency supports the development and the development interests of the local communities, functioning as a connection between them, the national authorities and the relevant European institutions.
